We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to work independently to identify and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract top talent

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment in India
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels
