Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiter at HireX located in Madurai. As a Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing and identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and facilitating the recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with clients and candidates to achieve mutual success.

Qualifications

Female Candidates can apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively source and identify top talent
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing qualifications
Knowledge of HR processes and practices
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
