The role requires an individual who has 0-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and is familiar with the latest recruitment trends and practices.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to ensure candidate qualifications meet job requirements
- Conducting in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the company's applicant tracking system
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
