Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Expert knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
