Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in HR management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Maintain Daily attendance of staff
  • Payroll handling
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring smooth integration into the company
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
  • Implement and monitor performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
