Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in HR management in the Indian job market context. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance and provide feedback
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in HR management in the Indian job market context
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits management
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
