Hr Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the Indian job market, with a proven track record of managing and developing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure and track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team
• Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement programs
• Develop and manage HR budgets

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR strategy development and implementation
• Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives that drive business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
