JD HR Manager
Responsible for timely payroll process and maintain employee records
Responsible for the monitoring of staff performance (e.g. daily attendance, scheduled absences such as illness, holidays or travel) considering legal requirements.
Approves SGate ID creation, ensure completion of mandatory online induction program for new joiners and nominates employees for training
Maintain records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Monitor the budget of human resources operations.
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; preparing pay budget and educating employees about the benefits programs
Ensures a proper data management in the appropriate IT System
Conduct activities and events for employee engagement programs.
Participate in HR audits to ensure clearance and compliance
Responsible for handling employee grievances such as salary deductions, inter personal problems, sexual harassment and involuntary exit
