Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

HR Policy Development: Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by maintaining strong relationships with employees at all levels. Act as a liaison between management and staff to resolve issues and improve communication.

Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to support employee development and organizational growth. Provide guidance to managers on performance issues.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

HR Metrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics such as employee turnover, retention rates, and training effectiveness. Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Conduct regular reviews and updates.
