Requirements and skills
Proven experience in L&D (at least 4 yrs)
Experience in delivering Behavioral, Softskills & Leadership
Training
Current knowledge of effective learning and development
methods
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems
(LMS)
Excellent communication (English)
Ability to build rapport with employees
