Job Description

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and drive value for the organization.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive vendor management plan, including vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring

Identify and prioritize vendors based on business needs and requirements

Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring fair and competitive pricing, and terms that meet business objectives

Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Develop and maintain vendor scorecards, tracking key performance indicators and metrics

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure vendor alignment with business objectives and strategies

Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, agreements, and performance metrics

Provide regular reports and updates to management on vendor performance and progress against goals
