We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensuring they're aligned with our business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist recruitment team to enhance hiring strategies & attract top talent.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Oversee on employee-HR internal software for proper management of employee leaves and attendance system.
- Serve as a point of contact between employees and management to fix any employee concerns and issues.
- Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
- Implement employee engagement activities for employees career progression
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, coordinate with reporting managers in conducting performance reviews and setting objectives
- Oversee on monthly payroll processing, salary revisions and surveys to ensure competitive compensation
- Implementing and managing employee compensation & benefit plans such as ESI, PF, medical insurance etc.
- Ensuring a smooth and effective offboarding process including exit interviews and handovers.
- Managing CSEZ related activities in co-ordination with the concerned team members and authority.
- Develop & maintain accurate HR & other company policies complying with the latest Indian employment laws and stay updated with the new policies and laws.
- Manage and maintain employee documents, internal IT & non-IT assets, HR metrics and other HR reports for submission to higher authority if required.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Pay: 14,911.85 - 47,823.67 per month
