We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisors for various locations, who will report to the Manager-Housekeeping of the respective zone of the company and manage multiple sites / clients
Must have experience to recruit housekeeping staff as per the requirement at sites and train them to perform their duties to keep the premises clean and hygiene.
Shall maintain good relations with the clients and, respond to the complaints if any, and resolve them.
Supervise all housekeeping work as per the clients requirement
Desired Candidates Profile:
Any Diploma with min. 2 to 5 years relevant experience in housekeeping services
Work experience in hospitality services, Facility Management or hotels will be preferred
Must have the knowledge about the equipment and products of Housekeeping
Required Skills:
Good at maintaining interpersonal relations with all the staff
Basic professional ettiquettes
Problem solving skills
Proficient in using computers and preparing MIS reports
