We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates for our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for the hotel
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales calls, site visits, and networking
• Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 1-10 years of experience in hotel sales in the job market context of India
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
