Job Summary:The HORECA Salesperson is responsible for identifying potential clients in the hotel, restaurant, and caf sectors, promoting and selling products, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a deep understanding of the HORECA industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Client Acquisition and Retention:- Identify and approach potential clients in the HORECA sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Present and promote products and services to HORECA clients.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
Customer Support:- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices.
Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.- Use CRM software to track sales performance and client information.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HORECA industry.Skills:- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Knowledge of the HORECA industry and market trends.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Self-motivated and results-driven.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Travel: Frequent travel may be required to visit clients and attend industry events.
