Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HOD Sales to head our sales team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the Central India.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.- Set sales targets and quotas for individual team members and the team as a whole.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Negotiate and close deals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree- 7+ years of experience in sales (experience in edutech sales is a plus)
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
