Head of Sustainability/ESG Safety/EHS and CSR

Role Description

We have ready software products for BRSR (Sustainability reporting), EHS (Employee Health and Safety) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) using low-code platform. We also have ready HRMS and CRM software. These products can be implemented very rapidly even in large complex client organizations hugely reducing operational costs. Most of our products are suitable for all industries. BRSR is more urgently needed by listed companies. EHS is more urgently needed by for Chemical, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and hazardous material companies. CSR, HRMS and CRM are needed by all industries.

Description

This job is to head our software product business in your area of work (e.g. Sustainability, EHS, CSR, CRM, HRMS etc) in your region/area and provide sales consulting to our internal team to generate leads, organize demos / meets, client presentations, negotiations and contracting.

Location: Flexible - onsite, hybrid, remote

Work Timing: Flexi time

Hours per week: Flexible - minimum 10 hours per week to full time.

Responsibilities

• Define sales targets, customer list and engagement strategy jointly with PRISTINE.
• Connect with CXOs of the target customers to identify potential opportunities, organize demos/ meets, submit quotations/ proposals.
• Progress the sales life cycle with discussions and define the scope and timeline of the projects.
• Guide the techno-commercial negotiations representing PRISTINE.
• Periodically review the opportunity pipeline and sales bookings performance against the set targets.
• Provide sales consulting, manage customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 20-35 years of Industry experience in CXO roles, Sustainability, EHS/Safety, CSR, Sales/CRM, HR/HRMS
• Strong client relationship skills with CXOs to strike a chemistry, board room executive presence.

Compensation

Two options

1) Fixed + Variable salary as per your availability of hours and performance depending on your profile.

2) Purely on commission based: 20% of revenue received for ready software product and 10% for custom software development sales, excluding AMC and expenses.
