We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive our growth strategy.

Job Summary:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expanding our market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for travel

Responsibilities

  • Hire, Manage, Lead and motivate National Sales Team
  • Establish and measure KPI's monthly basis
  • Recruiting Sales staff when required and train them
  • Identify new business opportunities and sales
  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials that support sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote the company and generate leads

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, mandatory in selling Australia as an outbound destination
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the outbound travel market.

Other: Willingness to travel as required.
