Job Summary:

As a Sales Head, you will play a pivotal role in closing high-value deals with potential clients. You'll work closely with the founding team, contributing to the strategic growth of the sales pipeline and business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you'll collaborate with leadership to refine the sales strategy and align with the company's long-term objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure with potential clients.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and forecast potential deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to design and implement sales strategies.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

What the Role Expects:

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, construction or related industry is a plus.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with modular construction, precast technology, or real estate development.
  • Experience in working closely with leadership teams to shape sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
