Role Overview: The HCM Consultant specializes in implementing and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to improve HR processes and employee management. They work with clients to configure and enhance HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure HCM systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Analyze HR processes and provide tailored HCM solutions.
• Optimize and enhance HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
• Support system upgrades, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

• 8 - 15 years of experience
• Experience with HCM system implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
