The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, complaints, and requests while ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Responsibilities
- Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensuring that guests are satisfied with their experience and resolving any issues or complaints that arise.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Providing support to other departments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and one or more local languages.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
