Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Ground Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airport, providing excellent customer service to passengers, and performing various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinating with other airport staff and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conducting safety and security checks as required
- Performing other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-4 years of experience in airport or customer service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Knowledge of airport safety and security regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends as required
