Description
We are looking for a Ground Staff member to join our team. The Ground Staff member will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airport, including assisting passengers and handling luggage.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and deplaning
- Handle luggage and cargo, including loading and unloading planes
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport property
- Perform routine maintenance on airport equipment and facilities
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient operation of airport
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
