We are seeking a Ground Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers at all times during their journey. Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew at all times
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo
- Perform security checks on passengers and their luggage
- Coordinate with other ground staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+2 education qualification
- 0-1 year experience in the aviation industry or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to work well in a team
- Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
- Valid passport and other necessary documents for international travel
