Description
We are looking for a Ground Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience and a passion for the aviation industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Handle baggage and cargo, and ensure they are loaded and unloaded safely
- Perform safety checks on the aircraft and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Handle any passenger complaints or inquiries
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the aircraft and facilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in the aviation industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Physical fitness to handle heavy luggage and equipment
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
