We are looking for a Ground Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Ground Staff member will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, as well as performing tasks related to the efficient operation of the airport.
Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
Ensure that passengers are safe and comfortable during their time at the airport
Perform security checks and screenings of passengers and their luggage
Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of airport facilities
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure the efficient operation of the airport
Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of airport safety and security procedures is a plus
