Ground Staff

Description

We are looking for a Ground Staff to be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring their comfort and safety during their travels. The Ground Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing passenger baggage, and ensuring the timely arrival and departure of flights.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures
• Manage passenger baggage and ensure that it is loaded and unloaded onto the aircraft
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during their travels
• Assist with the boarding and deboarding of passengers
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Communicate effectively with pilots, air traffic control, and other ground staff
• Ensure that flights depart and arrive on time
• Manage any issues or concerns that arise during a flight

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift heavy baggage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
