We are seeking a Ground Staff Activities & Air Ticketing professional with 0-0 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our airline services. This is a full-time position based in India.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage handling
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Process ticket reservations and sales
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and aircraft
• Coordinate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records of passenger and flight information

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• Minimum of 10th grade completion
• 12th grade or any graduation
• Any diploma holders are also encouraged to apply
• Experience:
• Freshers are most welcome to apply

Job Location:

• All India

Salary:

• Compensation: 25,000 to 55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
