What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong and detail-oriented candidate to fill a Specialist role for our Client Team Digital Operations. The primary responsibility of the Client Data Operations and Support Specialist is to work together with the business teams to achieve the highest level of support, quality, and fitness of BCG's business data assets. This role involves defining and creating the guidelines and approaches to ensure high quality client data, as well as implementing standard enrichment tools and processes for all types of BCG users and audiences. Besides conducting analysis and data maintenance activities, key priorities include continuous improvement of the standard reporting processes, feedback and usability, operational support and user acceptance testing of the CRM platform. This individual will be a part of the Global Client Team Digital Operations, working closely with a small team of business analysts, data stewards and support analysts, along with product, change and enablement managers.
Design, implement, manage and execute the data strategies and related processes which include:
- Data Quality Management: Responsible for data quality, integrity and usage across systems, user groups and contact types. Monitor and maintain the CRM database for accuracy and completeness. Develop and execute data quality checks and validation processes. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors. Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices. Manage and execute data review initiatives across CRM platforms including analysis, execution and status reporting.
- Data Enrichment: Overall manage the data workflows with other systems/enrichment tools integrated with CRM. Implement and manage data enrichment processes to enhance CRM data with additional insights. Utilize third-party data sources and tools to augment existing data and bring in new data relevant to business in line with the overall data governance policy and framework. Identify and reduce manually processes to create efficiencies and automation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of regular and ad hoc business reports and business intelligence initiatives. Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. Create and present regular reports on data quality metrics and enrichment outcomes.
- Collaboration & Support: Manage a team of data researchers and external contractors to prioritize the projects and data initiatives effectively. Collaborate with data and support analysts as well as product, change and enablement managers. Create documentation for data related processes and execute trainings, as needed, and provide user feedback / input related to CRM platform enhancements

What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, the individual must have following technical and functional skills:
- A Bachelor's university degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.
- 3-5 years in data analysis, data reporting, data management & maintenance, data quality, functional support, query resolution, quality improvement ideally within a professional services environment.
- Experience with databases and tools specifically CRM. Experience on working with MS Dynamics 365 would be an added advantage. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization is essential. International travel may be required
