- Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities
Expertise & Qualification:
- Apart from over all experience, at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in to insurance broking industry is mandatory
- Good to have experience in fast-growing Insurance/Edtech/Fintech/HRTech/BFSI/SaaS startup
- Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline
- Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures
- Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus
- Consistently meeting assigned sales targets
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
- Disciplined approach towards updating CRM
