ROLE OBJECTIVE:

The role of Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is multifaceted and encompasses several key

responsibilities aimed at aligning HR strategies with business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategy:

• HR Annual Budget Planning
• Partnering Business in all HR strategic initiatives
• Advising internal stakeholders for resolution of all employee related issues.

2. Sales HR:

• Sales competency framework
• Anchor high potential talents &development program
• Work closely with BU Head on driving productivity & incentive plan

3. Talent Management

• Design and implement Annual PMS review projects
• Create Successor Planning toolkit
• Drive support functions competency framework
• Employee life cycle management
• Driving Diversity &Inclusion

4. Compensation &Benefits:

• Formulation of compensation strategy including competitor benchmarking and rightpay for role

5. Talent Acquisition:

• Annual Manpower deployment
• Cost optimization through low cost channels hiring
• Partner in MT/ETs &GET program
• Responsible for hiring right talent

6. L&D:

• Driving learning culture through various intervention along with L&D Head
• Create internal pipeline of talent and driving talent growth

7. Audit:

• Ensure processes and adherence to all strategy compliance

8. Culture:

• Create SIG Value driven culture with various initiatives
• Design &Drive culture of Appreciation through various R&R programs

Educational Qualifications MBA from premier institute
