Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office department. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-13 years of experience in a similar role within the Indian job market context.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front office department
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all guests
- Supervise and train front office staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Manage the budget for the front office department
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- 3-13 years of experience in a similar role within the Indian job market context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
