This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role located in Salem at Kryptos Rebar Estimating and Detailing Services. The responsibilities include assisting with rebar detailing and estimation tasks, collaborating with team members to produce accurate drawings and estimates, and contributing to project documentation. The ideal candidate will support the team in maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to project deadlines while learning industry processes and tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency in mathematics and the ability to perform calculations accurately
• Willingness to learn rebar-specific software and tools, with basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
