The Franchise Development Manager (FDM) will be responsible for the growth and development of the franchise network within the educational sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the educational industry, strong sales and marketing skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchise partners.
Identify and research potential markets for franchise expansion within the educational industry.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for franchise growth.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential franchisees.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to explain the franchise model, benefits, and financial aspects.
Develop marketing materials and campaigns to attract new franchisees.
Maintain ongoing communication with franchisees to ensure their needs are met and address any issues that arise.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to franchisees.
Organize and facilitate franchisee meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in franchise development or sales, preferably in the educational industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with franchisees and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential and existing franchisees.
