Job Description

Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

  • Key Responsibilities


Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs and present suitable photography and videography packages.







Sales Presentations:

Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients.

Customize sales presentations and proposals to meet client requirements.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Track and report on sales activities and results.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer insights.

Follow-Up:

Follow up with clients post-presentation to answer questions and address concerns.

Ensure timely and effective communication throughout the sales process.

  • Qualifications


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the photography, media, or creative industries.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
