Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Whitelion, you'll spearhead the cultivation of robust partnerships with architects, interior designers, builders, and specifiers. Your pivotal role involves generating sales inquiries, orchestrating project execution, and nurturing enduring relationships with key stakeholders. Below delineates your primary duties and responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with architects and interior designers, driving sales inquiries forwarded to the Sales team for further action.
- Collaborate with builders and specifiers to advocate for Whitelion products, generating inquiries, and supervising project implementation.
- Interface with authorized personnel within the Hospitality sector, advocating for WhiteLion products and facilitating inquiries and project implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations of WhiteLion products to architects, builders, specifiers, and other stakeholders as necessitated.
- Tailor quotations to clients specifications post site visits.
- Manage follow-ups on existing leads, ongoing projects, and architect inquiries to ensure timely progression.
- Address and mitigate expectations of architects, interior designers, builders, and specifiers concerning products, fostering positive and mutually beneficial relationships.
- Proactively spearhead management, negotiation, and closure of ongoing leads to propel sales growth.
- Ensure prompt and precise updates of customer interactions and progress within the CRM database.
- Coordinate the dispatch of materials to clients in alignment with prepared quotations.
- Expediently report conflicts or issues with stakeholders to superiors for resolution.
- Submit reports on rejected deals and inquiries to superiors for analysis and future strategic planning.
- Compile and furnish regular sales reports to superiors for performance tracking and identification of improvement opportunities.
