- Designation: Hygiene Care Consultant (Sales Executive)
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking within the B2B sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products/services and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow through the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B sales, preferably in Facility, Pest Control, B2B Washroom Hygiene.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
