Job Overview
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Promo Power. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The company is looking for candidates who have less than 1 year of experience as a fresher.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through market research and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to ensure successful sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements
