Job Summary

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships within a designated territory. Your role involves visiting potential and existing customers, demonstrating product features, and closing sales deals. You will be the face of the company in the field, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall sales goals.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation:
Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Address customer queries and provide solutions to their needs.
Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
Monitor competitors products and activities.
  • Gather market and customer information to enhance understanding of customer needs.
Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and competitive activity.
  • Sales Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing sales performance and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and suggestions.
Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve overall company sales goals.
  • Travel:
Travel within the designated territory to meet customers and close sales deals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required.
  • Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in sales, preferably in [industry].
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Competitive base salary plus commission.
