Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in sales or account management,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts
- Understand clients business objectives and provide strategic solutions to meet their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations

- Provide regular updates and reports on account status and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
