Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat. (On-site)

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success, connecting with clients, and showcasing our exceptional jewelry collections.

Job Description: As a Sales Executive at Videh, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the global market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our jewelry products. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, generate revenue, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Salary: 30k-50k + Commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in international markets, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Continuously follow up on marketing leads and website inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities. Maintain regular communication until the customer is onboarded.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client requirements and preferences, and recommend suitable jewelry products to meet their needs.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and other relevant information to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and fulfilment of orders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and order details in the CRM system.

Experience: 3-4 Years (In Exports)

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the jewelry industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi.
  • Strong understanding of diamond jewelry products, including grading, pricing, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Solid negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions and close sales.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows or industry events.
