We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Sales Assistant to support our Director of Sales.
This critical role ensures the smooth operation of sales processes by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and following up on leads.
As a key part of the sales team, you will help maximize the Director of Sales efficiency by streamlining daily operations, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up: Track and follow up on inbound and outbound sales leads, ensuring timely communication with potential clients.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate and manage the sales team's calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring appointments align with team priorities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.
- Administrative Support: Prepare sales reports, organize documents, and create presentations for the sales team.
- Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align on lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Proposal and Contract Support: Draft, review, and coordinate the preparation of proposals and contracts for prospective clients.
Key Attributes:
- 3 years + experience in a US or European sales environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.
