Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of ground operations and airport services, including baggage handling, check-in, security, and boarding processes
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
