Job Description

Job Summary:

As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening our relationships with customers. This position requires a dynamic individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience and a solid educational background. You will be responsible for executing CRM strategies, maintaining customer data accuracy, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data Management:
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Conduct regular data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy.
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives.
Customer Segmentation:
  • Identify and segment customer groups based on predefined criteria.
Implement targeted communication strategies for different customer segments.
  • Communication Channels:
Manage communication channels such as email, SMS, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize communication workflows for efficiency.
Feedback Collection:
  • Implement strategies to collect customer feedback and insights.
Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
Customer Retention:
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention rates.
Address customer concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on key CRM metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: 15,
  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month
