Event Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
High school degree

Job description / Role
Employment: Full Time
Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests inquiries are attended to.
The role will involve researching and identifying new business, pitching to new clients and managing accounts, ensuring their brief is communicated internally to Designers
Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Undertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Project teams across range of regional and international exhibitions from the Company's portfolio.
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales experts and sales representatives
Assist the other shows in marketing deliverables should there be a manpower shortage in the marketing department.
Effectively supervise the work performance of junior team members in marketing unit for assigned shows.
Work with the project teams to develop the shows through database building, research and enhanced value added events
Requirements
At least a Bachelor Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within an Exhibitions company, or Agency for events/exhibitions
Excellent communication skills
Provable Sales record of achieving targets
Speaks fluently and writes clearly in English
Arabic speaking is an advantage
Strong time management and organizational skills
UAE driving license will be an added advantage
