Job Description

This is the role for a hunter. You will be our customer facing brand ambassador, empowered to reach out to clients old and new, and pitch them our innovative and exciting solutions.

You Will Be Required To

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach.

Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

Manage a team of sales executives and ensure they overachieve targets

Mentor the team and work closely with them

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline to accurately forecast revenues.

Schedule Customer Calls, Execute Follow-ups effectively on new leads and existing Accounts.

Look for avenues to upsell product/service offerings.

Conduct health checks on existing accounts and report.

Document Customer interactions and Discovery Calls

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

Write business proposals and Negotiating with stakeholders

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
