Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to accelerate Fretron's growth in the TMS market. This role is crucial in driving revenue by showcasing our cutting-edge SaaS platform to logistics decision-makers and C-suite executives. You will manage the entire sales cycle for our TMS solutions, working with high-quality leads to close deals and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Sales Cycle by owning the full sales process from initial engagement to closing.
  • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organisations, including CXOs and logistics leaders.
  • mplement strategies for both new client acquisition and existing account expansion.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time for on-site client meetings and product presentations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in our CRM system.

Desired Experience

  • 2+ years in enterprise software sales, with a strong preference for TMS, supply chain, or logistics technology experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a closing role for at least 1 years.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and its value proposition in the logistics sector.
  • Experience selling to both technical and business audiences within large enterprises.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to build compelling business cases and ROI models.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Self-starter with a hunger for success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and building consensus among multiple stakeholders.
