PolicyBazaar.com is India's largest insurance marketplace and a leading fintech player globally. From receiving traffic of 180,000 visitors in 2008, PolicyBazaar.com has come a long way and today hosts over 100 million visitors yearly, and records 10 transactions on its platform every minute. The company collected Rs 3,500 cr of insurance premium in FY19, and is on track to double this figure in FY20. Job Role: Role Retention specialist Email (4-6yrs of experience)
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee CRM strategies for email channel to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
Identify and analyse customer segments and create targeted marketing campaigns.
Technology Utilization:
