Job Description
As an Eloqua developer, you are a key member of Motorola Solutions IT Global Sales team building the next-generation Global Marketing Automation Platform. You will help define and develop the technical solutions, design applications, and work with development teams and business partners to build the solutions per design. You will work with a cross-functional talented IT team to implement requirements and provide development solutions for our Global Marketing automation teams.
Basic Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement solutions and integrations with Eloqua and other key platforms
- Configure, design, implement, and validate simple and complex campaign solutions
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support world-class campaign execution
- Keep abreast with the latest in marketing automation, digital marketing, and effective email marketing techniques
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing business partners and various IT partners
- Create and enhance the integrations between Eloqua, CRM, and other Marketing Tech platforms and IT applications
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing technologies focusing on Eloqua development and configuration
- Proficient in Eloqua developer framework including Eloqua reporting
- Experience in configuring Eloqua for various marketing automation needs
- Experience in web services API development and integration with other systems
- Good knowledge of Marketing automation and CRM business processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Oracle Eloqua Marketing Implementation certification is preferred
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
