Candidate must be skilled in analysing e-commerce metrics using tools like Google Analytics,
Candidate must also be capable to do Market Research to stay informed about industry trends & competitor activities
Candidate must have good communication skills [verbal and written] and must be able to convey information effectively
Candidate must also be proficient in CRM so as to manage customer interactions for a good customer service & better customer satisfaction & experience
Candidate must have have knowledge of Digital Marketing
Candidate must have a minimum 2 year work experience in this profile
